Beakology blends are thoughtfully balanced with organic grains, vegetables, and herbs—not just seeds. While seeds are a nutritious source of healthy fats and protein, a diet made up entirely of seeds isn’t recommended for most parrots and can lead to nutritional imbalances over time.
When fed as directed and paired with fresh produce and high-quality pellets, our blends help provide variety without excess.

What’s your return & refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to our products being sealed pet food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than verified damage in transit or a fulfillment error.
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or product bag, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at hello@beakology.com. Include your order number, photos of the shipping box, shipping label, damaged product packaging (front and back), and the lot number found on the bottom of the bag, along with a brief description of the issue. At our discretion, we will issue a replacement of the same item or a refund to the original payment method. Minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer shipping carton that do not impact the internal product seal are not considered damage.
Not eligible for return or refund: opened or partially used products (unless opened solely to document damage), products without timely photo documentation as outlined above, preference issues (for example, “my bird won’t eat it”), delays caused by carrier disruptions or weather after shipment, and packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. We can reship returned packages; additional shipping fees may apply.
If your bird doesn’t seem interested in Beakology blends, we can help.
